Replacement Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery under the conditions mentioned below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Products must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and all accessories intact.
  • If the item you received is damaged, defective, or not functioning, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If the product is not as described or you simply wish to return it, you may still return it within 7 days of delivery.
  • A replacement or refund will be issued once the product is received and inspected by our team.

Return & Exchange Process

  • To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our support team via the Contact Us page.
  • Items must be returned by mail using a trackable shipping service.
  • You can download and print a return label from your account or request it via email.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • No restocking fees will be charged.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

To initiate a replacement:

  • The entire product package (including accessories, tags, and original box) must be returned.
  • Our team will inspect the item and once verified, a replacement will be dispatched.
  • No returns or refunds are offered, only product replacement as per the above conditions

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept replacements in the following cases:

  • Items used or damaged by the customer.
  • Missing original tags, packaging, or accessories.
  • Return request made after 7 days of delivery.
  • Physical damage reported after 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

We support easy and transparent cancellations under the following terms:

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • Same Day Delivery and special occasion (limited-time) products cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • If a cancellation is applicable, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Product Pricing & Order Accuracy

  • All prices are shown in INR (₹) and include applicable GST.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

International card users will be charged based on their bank’s exchange rate and any additional processing fees. We have no control over these rates or charges.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship all over India and selected international countries (see below).
Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 business days depending on your location.

If your order shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us within 24 hours for resolution.
